HIIT High-Intensity Interval Training

 

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a training system of organizing  training, which includes repeated bouts of short duration.

High intensity exercise of HIIT could be considered as anything over level 7, out of a 1-10 scale of perceived exertion.

By using max heart rate (MHR) as a guide, high intensity exercise of HIIT could be considered as anything above 80% of MHR.

HIIT is one of the most efficient training system to strengthen body quality.
